THE STEADY STATE ENDORSES TONY KOZYCKI FOR GEORGIA’S 7TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT

WASHINGTON — The Steady State, an organization of more than 420 former national security, intelligence, diplomatic, military, law enforcement, and homeland security officials, today endorsed Tony Kozycki for Georgia’s 7th Congressional District.

Tony Kozycki is running for Congress in Georgia’s Seventh District. Raised in LaGrange, Georgia, he attended the United States Naval Academy on a nomination from Senator Saxby Chambliss. He became a Naval Aviator flying the F/A-18 Super Hornet, completing three combat deployments and working closely with allied forces in complex, high-stakes environments. After returning home, he continued his service as an attorney fighting for Georgia families. “I’ve led when the stakes were real, when people were counting on you to get it right,” Tony says. “That kind of responsibility stays with you, and it’s exactly what’s missing in Washington.”

Tony Kozycki demonstrates a consistent commitment to the rule of law, supports nonpartisan oversight and accountability of the Executive Branch, exhibits a substantive understanding of the national security challenges facing the country, and upholds the democratic norms and ethical standards of public service that the organization’s criteria require.
